Whimsical Occasions Wedding Event Shows Distribution of Materials

If you cannot participate in a Whimsical Occasions Wedding Event Show or would like additional advertising at a show, we can offer this option. For a small fee, Whimsical Occasions will happily place your brochures/leaflets/cards/flyers/promo products in individual bridal bags that will be distributed to all of the show’s attendees.

The fee for the Distribution of Materials is $175.00 per show. Payment can be made in the form of a check, cash, money order, Venmo, bank transfer, or credit card (5% service fee).

All materials must be dropped off or mailed no later than 10 days prior to the show dates chosen. Please anticipate having at least 200-350 pieces to be distributed (depending on the location of the show.
